Pixie Cottage is a two bedroom townhouse within a private courtyard setting.

The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and has a south facing private terrace with seating for 4. 

Accommodation sleeps up to 4, with one double bedded room & two single beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom was completely re-fitted in 2020 and is equipped with a new bath, integral shower, wash hand basin and toilet. 

The property benefits from a very well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven and dishwasher), and the living accommodation includes a dining area and lounge with comfortable seating for 4.

The flat screen TV includes Freeview, and the cottage also benefits from internet access, an iPhone dock sound system, and a NEST smart smoke alarm. The lounge is also well stocked with a great selection of DVD’s, board games and books. 

There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble drier, located in the garage.

Pixie Cottage benefits from a great, yet peaceful residential location, on the very edge of the town centre, just 5 minutes’ walk from the main railway station, with direct links to Lewes, Brighton, Hastings and London, so is ideally suited to anyone wanting to travel by train to neighbouring places of interest.  The beach is only a short walk away, as are local theatres, a number of parks and Devonshire Park Tennis centre.  It is also only a ten minute walk away to the historic old town of Eastbourne.  A number of pubs and restaurants are also within a short walk.

For those travelling by car, a residents permit will be provided free of charge of each night that you stay at the property.

Pixie Cottage is close to many attractions and fun things to do for all ages. From theme parks and zoos, to exploring the area's history, discover 1066 castles, museums and art galleries.  

Relax and enjoy the views of Beachy Head or the parks and gardens, visit the famous pier, sample the local produce from vineyards and farmers markets, enjoy fun filled trips to the seaside or South Downs National Park, spend the day shopping, then soak up the local atmosphere in one of the many restaurants, wine bars or traditional pubs.
